Engineered flooring is a load bearing multi-layered construction floor which features a 4mm - 6mm solid wood veneer on its surface. Due to its increased stability it is especially useful for areas where solid wood is not recommended such as bathrooms and over under floor heating, being very difficult to tell it apart from solid wood and with prices starting from as little as £21 per sqm it is a good alternative.
